About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Admin Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for capturing supplier invoices, processing operating expense invoices, and liaising with suppliers for outstanding invoices or statements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in financial administration and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Supplier invoices
- Process Operating Expense invoices
- Liaise with suppliers for outstanding invoices or statements
- Add new suppliers and update existing ones in Dear and Xero
- Obtain PODs from suppliers and send on to customers
- Capture Supplier Credit notes
- Customer Invoicing
- Processing of foreign invoices
- Customer payment allocations in Dear
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Xero accounting software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of invoicing processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Matric certificate (if applicable)
- No formal education or certifications required for this role
