ADMINISTRATION CLERK/WILSONIA, EAST LONDON – Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join their team based in the Wilsonia area. The successful candidate must reside close to Wilsonia and have their own reliable transport due to the early starting time. Working Hours: 04h30am – 12h30pm (Monday to Friday) Minimum Requirements Reside in or near the Wilsonia area Own reliable transport (essential due to 04h30 start time) Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) Computer literate (MS Office, email, data capturing systems) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Key Responsibilities General office administration and clerical support Data capturing of sales documents accurately and timeously Checking and verifying consignments Liaising daily with farmers regarding sales and related queries Dispatching documents to Head Office via courier services Recording and managing CHEP pallet movements Maintaining accurate filing and record-keeping systems Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Professional and well-presented Strong interpersonal skills High level of integrity and accountability Salary: R6,800 per month Application Process: ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ATTENDED TO .
