About the Role

The Cape Town City Centre: Marketing Intern role provides support across digital marketing and IT business functions, with a strong emphasis on marketing. The successful candidate will assist with planning, content creation, and scheduling, while also managing social media platforms using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with planning, content, and managing social media
  • Assisting with social media, scheduling, and managing content
  • Content creation, utilizing tools like Canva and AI for digital assets
  • Supporting marketing and digital campaigns
  • Managing AI Video Marketing & Content focusing on AI tools, Microsoft technologies, and creating IT/business content for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Conducting market research to support digital marketing, and sales strategies
  • Tracking marketing metrics and optimizing campaign performance

Requirements

  • Based in Cape Town
  • South African Citizen
  • Matric Completed & accredited qualification is compulsory (Must have qualification at NQF 5 to 8)
  • No previous SETA related internship experience
