About the Role

The Billings Administrator role provides back-office administrative and sales support for an international company in Cape Town City Centre. This position focuses on processing quotations, validating orders, invoicing, and ERP system management, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and maintaining communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter quotations into client systems and ERP software.
  • Review supplier proposals to ensure client compliance.
  • Verify currencies and tariffs for transactions.
  • Send quotations to account managers and upload documents to systems.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to resolve issues and applications.
  • Validate incoming client orders.
  • Process orders through to supplier and client invoicing in ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Essential experience in international trade.
  • Background in logistics is beneficial.
  • Experience in shipchandling is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) and ERP system skills.
  • Fluent English required; French is beneficial.
