About the Role

The Business Development Coordinator plays a critical role in synchronising prospecting efforts and identifying opportunities to ensure the long-term relevance of the business. They maintain a broad perspective on the market, approaching it with a basket of concepts to “plant the seed of value.” The BDC must connect with current and prospective key role players regularly, reliably, objectively, openly, and with interest, while maintaining sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in the Built Environment preferred
  • Logical thinking and reasoning in approach to problems

  • Prospecting (cold calling, qualifying leads, etc.)
  • Computer literate MS Office, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
