About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Camp Manager to join our award-winning 5 Star Private Game Reserve in Hluhluwe, KZN North. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our camp and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily camp operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
- Coordinate with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve goals
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service are maintained at all times
- Monitor and maintain the reserve’s environmental and safety protocols
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the camp
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Camp / Lodge Manager essential within a 5 Star BIG 5 property
- Hospitality and/or Game Lodge Management certificate required
- Full driver’s license and PDP
- Own transport advantageous
- Valid First Aid certificate
