About the Role

The Residence Caretaker plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residence, providing support to tenants and maintaining the overall performance of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate on-site operational coverage
  • Provide tenant support and assistance with queries or concerns
  • Maintain facilities oversight and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with service providers for upkeep and repairs
  • Assist with rent collection and follow-up on outstanding payments

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in building caretaking, facilities, or property operations
  • Experience in residential or student accommodation environments preferred
