About the Role

The Community Engagement Officer role is a critical position that requires maintaining accurate records, tracking collections, and producing regular reports. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for student engagement, handling queries, complaints, and coordinating communication between students and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate student, financial, and administrative records
  • Track arrears and collections
  • Produce regular and ad hoc management reports
  • Handle student queries, complaints, escalations, and coordinate communication with students and management
  • Support rent collection processes, student onboarding and orientation
  • Coordinate community and student life initiatives
  • Assist in day-to-day operational administration
  • Enforce residence rules and maintain discipline standards
  • Ensure data integrity across all systems

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in a similar role (student housing, hospitality, or residential environment preferred)
  • Experience in administration, tenant engagement, and event coordination
  • Exposure to handling student queries, complaints, and support services
