About the Role
A Sales Representative is required to join a supplier of laboratory equipment, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships within KZN. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and time-management skills, be organised, team-focused, and results driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships
- Resolving customer queries
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
- Conducting site visits and virtual meetings to achieve objectives within the territory
- Providing sales, promotions, demonstration, and training to clients
- Managing, liaising, and delivering on technical queries with regards to existing and new products for customers
- Monitoring market developments to identify and assess potential new customers and opportunities
- Updating customer database and customer relationship marketing software
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in a Science-related field is strictly required. 25 years experience selling laboratory equipment is also required.
