About the Role

The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer agreements, and analyzing performance data to drive improvement in the logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure agreed stock levels are maintained at customer and depot locations.
  • Manage deliveries to customers and filling plants in line with customer agreements.
  • Track and report daily volumes uplifted from refineries/terminals via the Refinery KPI report.
  • Gather and analyse planned vs. actual trip data daily, highlighting variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Consolidate and analyse transporter Order to Cash (OTC) reports twice weekly.
  • Draft and present weekly performance and project progress reports to the Bulk Transport Manager.
  • Investigate delivery challenges such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and quantity discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification

Qualifications

  • Mix Telematics/ICam experience
  • IsoMetrix experience an advantage
  • BC Experience an advantage
  • Computer Literate
