About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team as a remote Recrutiment Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through excellent sales skills and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct between 10 – 15 interviews per week with potential clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission earnings
- Utilize Zoom/Google Teams to conduct virtual meetings and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment sales
Requirements
- Own laptop or computer
- Uncapped internet
- Microsoft Outlook
- Cellphone
- Strong command of the English language, ability to write professional reports
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Target-driven and deadline-driven

- Minimum 2 years sales experience in a recruitment or related industry
