This role offers the perfect opportunity for a Regulatory Technology Business Analyst wanting greater exposure to senior stakeholders, complex data flows, system behaviour, and the mechanics of large‑scale regulatory reporting. You will work closely with business, technology, and external partners to ensure operational stability, strengthen internal controls, analyse incidents, and drive continuous system and process improvements. Expect hands‑on involvement across SDLC processes, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and strategic enhancements to regulatory platforms. What’s in it for me? Key Responsibilities: Support daily Run‑the‑Bank operations across regulatory risk‑reporting systems. Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and support remediation activities. Assist with testing plans, validation procedures, and approval sign‑offs. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, controls, system behaviour, and workarounds. Collaborate with technology, risk, and business teams on enhancements and stability initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematical Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in financial services or banking. Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst advantageous. Understanding of Run‑the‑Bank operations and regulatory reporting concepts beneficial. Exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC practices advantageous. Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. Ability to analyse data, processes, and system behaviour. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
