Job Description

Position: Regional Manager

Hire Resolves client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and manage the operations of their company in the Durban region of KwaZulu-Natal. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and driving business growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the region.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of all branches within the region.
Recruit, train, and supervise employees in the region to ensure high performance and productivity.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of operations and make necessary adjustments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders in the region.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the region.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of regional market trends and competition.
