Requirements

Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer
-
4 to 6 years experience in Power Platform development and administration
-
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
-
Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate
-
Experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
-
Experience working with Azure services and DevOps pipelines
-
API development and third-party integration experience
-
Solid understanding of data modelling and security within Dynamics 365
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and take full accountability
Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM including forms, workflows, dashboards, and business process flows

Manage security roles, permissions, and system configurations
-
Develop APIs and integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint and other Microsoft products

Implement custom plugins, scripts, and extensions
-
Customise entities, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements
-
Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure stability and performance
-
Manage system updates, patches, and version upgrades
-
Ensure compliance with governance standards and development best practices
