Overview
My client a Multi-entity group (Hospitality, Property & Operations) is urgently recruiting for highly capable, energetic and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO across five dynamic and fast-growing companies within the hospitality, property and operations sector.
This is not a standard admin role. This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and can think independently, anticipate needs, and keep multiple operations running smoothly.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Own laptop (essential)
- Willingness to travel between: Gezina (Main Base), Sundown Country Estate Rustenburg, La Montagne Hartbeespoort
- Strong administrative and coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
Ability to multitask across multiple businesses simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Full executive diary and schedule management
- Travel coordination and logistical planning
- Meeting coordination, minutes and follow-ups
- Tracking projects across multiple companies
- Assisting with operational oversight and reporting
- Acting as liaison between CEO and management teams
- Managing confidential information
- Ensuring accountability on delegated tasks
- Creating structure, reminders and systems

Location & Travel
