About the Role
Our client is a leading player in the audit and accounting world, with a global network spanning over 100 countries. Based in Pretoria, they offer a dynamic work environment where teamwork is essential to success. As the Tax Administrator, you will be the backbone of the Tax Department, ensuring smooth operations while learning from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- SARS Liaison: Taking charge of communication with SARS via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Compliance Specialist: Managing VAT and PAYE registrations and preparing high-level documentation for submission.
- Workflow Master: Allocating SARS correspondence and ensuring the Tax Department stays ahead of deadlines.
- Client Connection: Building professional relationships through confident communication and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
- 2 years of Tax administrative experience in a professional office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A “learning-first” attitude.
- Total fluency in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
