About the Role

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance projects to ensure timely and effective completion, while also managing and supervising preventative maintenance processes across equipment, machinery, vehicles, and implements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritise, and oversee all maintenance projects
  • Manage and supervise preventative maintenance processes across equipment, machinery, vehicles, and implements
  • Lead, develop, and optimise the utilisation of maintenance staff to maintain productivity and performance
  • Manage the maintenance budget

Requirements

  • Matric Mechanical or electrical qualification would be highly beneficial
  • 5 years practical experience in maintenance management, preferably within the agricultural industry
  • Familiarity with steelwork, irrigation systems, electronics, mechanisation, and automation
  • Computer Literate
