About the Role
The Workforce Group Ltd is seeking Merchandisers to join our Client in the Durban Road, Belleville area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operational management of the store and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm before arrival of the truck which attendant will assist with unloading
- Ensure support staff is present upon arrival
- Conduct temperature checks inside the truck and sign the temperature control sheet
- Coordinate offloading of dollies by driver and attendant
- Perform thorough stock check, comparing physical stock against LCS and indicating any deviations on LCS
- Sign LCS and close receiving door
- Coordinate moving of checked dollies into cold room
- Merchandise new stock between cashiers and yourself
- Pack and indicate expired stock to day Merchandiser
- Carry out all lawful and reasonable duties assigned by Dealer, Manager or Supervisor
Requirements
- Matric
- At least 3 to 4 years Merchandiser Experience
- Non Smoker
- Natural Skills
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
- Be good at mathematics
- Be logical and organised
- Methodical
- Have confidence
- Be able to be accurate
- Computer literate
