About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our dynamic, people-centric hospitality environment at a prestigious Luxury Lodge in Sabi Sand, Mpumalanga. As an HRBP, you will drive culture, compliance, and strategic HR alignment in a remote, high-performance setting. If you have strong lodge or hospitality experience and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive culture, compliance, and strategic HR alignment in a remote, high-performance setting
- Build trust across all levels of the lodge operation
- Develop and implement labour law compliant policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on employment law matters and support multi-disciplinary teams
- Facilitate change management, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee relations issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally within hospitality, lodges, or remote operations
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, OHSA)
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, people-focused environments
Qualifications
- HR certifications (SABPP, SHRM, etc.) advantageous
