About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for creating visually impactful merchandise displays that elevate product appeal and support sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually impactful merchandise displays that elevate product appeal and support sales performance.
  • Ensure store layouts and focal points align with category performance, customer behaviour, and seasonal direction.
  • Work collaboratively with store teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality presentation standard across all stores, and across the business.
  • Adhere to timelines and directives from Head Office for display rollouts, marketing campaigns, and promotional changes.
  • Fixtures, layouts & store flow design store plans; creative use of lighting; identify and maintain product locations; maintain fixture inventories.
  • Housekeeping ensure merchandising fixtures are in good condition and maintain correct use thereof.
  • Product merchandising maintain / update merchandising manual; implement strategies; create engaging focal displays; support stores for promotions & product launches; oversee stock presentation; assist with stock inventory checks.
  • Marketing materials & signage ensure timely rollout of marketing materials; maintain signage accuracy; propose creative promotional ideas.
  • Attend meetings with buying & marketing depts.
  • Conduct store visits, compile visit reports and provide merchandising guidance.
  • Train / develop store tams / high potential staff.
  • Gather customer insights and understand warehouse dispatch processes.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, market or related
  • 5 years experience in clothing retail visual merchandising
  • Proven experience managing multiple stores or region
  • Valid drivers; willing and able to travel across multiple regions Western Cape, KZN, Free State and Gauteng

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
