About the Role

The Fuel Retail Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petrol Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our petrol stations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with fuel purchases and answer queries
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within the petrol station
  • Operate cash handling systems and process transactions accurately
  • Provide information on products and services offered by the Fuel Retail Association
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in 2 of the official South African Languages
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to work 10am – 10pm / 12 hour shifts with own transport
  • Must have 1 / 2 years experience as a Petrol Attendant
  • Resident in surrounding suburbs
  • Good communication skills
