About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Foreman to join our team in East London, responsible for overseeing the production of concrete or floor tiles in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a large, unionised workforce
  • Ensure efficient operation of manufacturing processes
  • Maintain strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling
  • Monitor and control quality control measures

Requirements

  • BTech/Degree in Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a factory or production environment in concrete or floor tiles
  • Strong knowledge of a manufacturing process
  • Experience managing a large, unionised workforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with PLC systems (Siemens)
