About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment firm specializing in various industries, is seeking a Head of Operations for a solar energy company. As the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations department, ensuring the efficient and effective running of all operational processes.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals and objectives with overall company strategy.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
