Parts Sales Executive Morgan Group Ermelo
Morgan Group Ermelo is seeking a Parts Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve the gross profit and sales targets as set by the dealership and manufacturer, while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed monthly Parts Sales Targets.

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles.

Accurately invoice and process all parts sales.

Use catalogues and electronic systems to determine new parts, replacements, and compatible options.

Identify replacement parts based on inspection of old parts, customer requests, or descriptions of vehicle issues.

Source parts from alternate vendors when not available in-house.

Handle payments and cash transactions accurately.

Maintain up-to-date inventory records and replenish stock when required.

Process telephonic and counter sales orders efficiently.

Organize, label, and store parts systematically in the stockroom.

Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinate and manage parts deliveries to customers or internal departments.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding individual needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Service and Workshop) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification (essential).

Minimum of 12 years experience in Automotive Parts Sales, preferably within a dealership environment.

Strong product knowledge and familiarity with parts cataloguing systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Strong administrative and organizational ability.
-
Computer literate (experience with Evolve will be an advantage).

Valid drivers license.
