GC Solar Cape Town is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of our Cape Town operations. This is not just a management role, it is a leadership opportunity to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and make a tangible impact on South Africa’s rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

What You Will Do   

As Branch Manager, you will be the heart of our Cape Town operations. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading Operations

  • Driving Sales

  • Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Building & Mentoring Teams

  • Marketing & Events

  • Mastering ZOHO System


Requirements

What You Bring to the Table   

  • Experience: 58 years of management experience, with at least 3 years as a branch or general manager.

  • People Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams of 5 to 30 people (sales, service, warehouse, logistics).

  • Sales Success: Track record of achieving monthly sales targets

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

  • Solar / Renewable Energy experience if you know the industry, you will hit the ground running.

  • Experience in electrical engineering, energy storage, or technical fields.
