About the Role

The Reservations Consultant will be responsible for managing reservations and front office operations in a 5-star hotel, resort, or safari lodge environment. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your experience and skills in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and bookings for guests
  • Process payments and handle guest inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and room assignments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to manage front office operations

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field advantageous
  • 24 years experience in Reservations / Front Office Hotel or lodge environment
  • Experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or safari lodge preferred
  • Knowledge of beach and safari lodge operations advantageous

Qualifications
