About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and responsible Kids Club Host to join our luxury lodge team in Pongola, KwaZuluNatal. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, educational, and nature-based activities for young guests visiting our Big 5 safari lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children safely in a Big 5 lodge environment
- Plan and facilitate nature-based, cultural, and creative activities
- Ensure child safety and well-being at all times
- Create memorable experiences for young guests
- Adapt activities based on age, interests, and safari schedules
Requirements
- Experience working with children (school, daycare, au pair, camp, or lodge kids club)
- Friendly; energetic, patient personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent English fluency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
