About the Role
Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with external auditors, bankers, and tax authorities as required
- Provide technical accounting and tax support to the organization
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of finance professionals
Requirements
- CA (SA) or BCom Hons (Accounting)
- Good knowledge of Tax and Tax Processes
- Payroll knowledge
- At least 8 to 10 years financial management experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience dealing with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities
- Technical accounting and tax knowledge
