About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse or industry professional to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting internal sales functions within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via telephone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle incoming calls and provide product assistance and support
- Liaise with suppliers and assist with the procurement of veterinary pharmaceuticals
- Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
- Support internal sales functions within a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (preferred) or relevant veterinary industry experience
- Previous experience in the veterinary or animal health industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Minimum Grade 12
- Ability to work in a team-based, open office environment
