About the Role
Join our dynamic team in Cape Town and be part of a world-class hospitality company where we strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations. As a Groups Reservations Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless event planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage group bookings and reservations to ensure high standards are met
- Coordinate with clients, venues, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Utilise Opera system to manage bookings, inventory, and revenue management
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment
- Background in Reservations, Front Office, and/or Event Coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Opera
- Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking ability
- Professional, approachable, and guest-focused
