About the Role
We are seeking a Commis Chef to join a refined, high-performing kitchen team in our Franschhoek wine estate kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and mise en place across kitchen sections, while maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of your work area.
