About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Onboard & Contract Consultant to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng, East Rand. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding of new rental clients in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all contracts are accurately completed, signed, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new rental clients in a professional and efficient manner
  • Explain rental agreements, terms, and conditions clearly to clients
  • Ensure all contracts are accurately completed, signed, and compliant
  • Conduct client vetting and ensure all required supporting documentation is obtained
  • Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of approved deals
  • Maintain accurate client records and contract files
  • Handle client queries related to agreements and onboarding
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Assist in minimising risk by ensuring all onboarding checks are properly completed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a contracts, admin, onboarding, or F&I support role (automotive or similar environment advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Ability to explain complex terms in a simple, professional manner
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Computer literate with experience in handling documentation systems
  • Residing – East Rand Region
