About the Role

The Assistant F&B Manager will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our F&B outlets, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and product delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the F&B Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets by carefully planning, controlling and coordinating all relevant facets of agreed operational standards and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all guests receive consistent and satisfactory product and service delivery in line with established 5* standards.
  • Assisting in maintaining cost of sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the F&B department operational strategy and budget, whilst delivering impeccable service.
  • Leading and continuously upskilling and developing the F&B team members.
  • Assisting with procurement, management, and control of all F&B related inventory and operating equipment.
  • Preparing reports and providing all relevant information to the F&B and General Manager.

Requirements

  • Hotel School diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/Food Service/F&B Management a must.
  • Solid experience in a 5* environment, with proven history of delivering unique, memorable, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attention to detail and maintaining a guest centric approach in everything.
  • Knowledge and experience with stock control and POS systems like Pluspoint, BPM for Sage or Micros.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of latest food and beverage trends and best practices.
