About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team in Lydenburg. As a key member of our agricultural sector, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing financing products to clients, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market financing products to clients
• Process and manage credit applications
• Handle client account queries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage and support clients with financing-related matters
• Monitor crop production and compile relevant reports
• Manage, report on, and recover overdue accounts
• Maintain and grow the financing portfolio within the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships
• Prepare cash flow budgets and analyse financial statements
• Attend and represent the company at information days and events

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office)

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 23 years experience in financial services or financing/credit marketing
• Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices
• Experience in client service and marketing
