About the Role

Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking a Junior Rekenmeester to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing and balancing bank transactions, reconciling debtors and creditors, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Prosessering en balansering van banktransaksies in SAGE en Xero.
Rekonsiliasie van debiteure en krediteure, insluitend opvolg van uitstaande items en die oplossing van verskille.
Instandhouding en opdatering van die bateregister en voorraadregister.
Opstel en indien van maandelikse verslae (bv. inkomste/uitgawes, debiteure, krediteure, bankrekonsiliasies en verwante opsommings).
Voorbereiding van finansiële state/finansiële inligting vir voorlegging aan die rekenmeester (ondersteunende skedules, rekonsiliasies en dokumentasie).
Fakturering: opstel, uitreik en administrasie van fakture, asook die rekordhouding daarvan.
Algemene finansiële administrasie en dokumentbeheer (lêerstelsels, ondersteuning tydens oudits/jaarafsluiting waar nodig).

Requirements

Relevante kwalifikasie in finansies/rekeningkunde sal voordelig wees.
Vorige ervaring in ’n soortgelyke finansiële/boekhoudkundige rol.
Kennis en ervaring van SAGE en Xero.
