About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Durban, South Africa. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and staff in the higher education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
