About the Role

Takora Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Principal Engineering Portfolio Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
• 10+ years of experience as a Principal Engineer
• Proven record of successful projects in a senior engineering role
• Experience in engineering and design of concrete and steel structures or civil infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of complex engineering problems
