About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Destination Sales Executive to manage and develop a client database, focusing on properties in Botswana. The role involves driving sales and cross-selling within the property portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a database of current and potential clients
  • Promote and sell properties within the portfolio
  • Cross-sell products across multiple properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Tour Operators
  • DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
  • Travel Agents
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
  • Travel as required for sales visits, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements

Valid drivers licence and own transport

Valid passport

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Recognised Sales qualification (advantageous)
