About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Destination Sales Executive to manage and develop a client database, focusing on properties in Botswana. The role involves driving sales and cross-selling within the property portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a database of current and potential clients
- Promote and sell properties within the portfolio
- Cross-sell products across multiple properties
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Tour Operators
- DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
- Travel Agents
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Travel as required for sales visits, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements
Valid drivers licence and own transport
Valid passport
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Recognised Sales qualification (advantageous)
