About the Role
Join a world-class luxury lodge in Hluhluwe, KwaZuluNatal as a Camp Manager, delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of South Africa’s premier hospitality destinations. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-centric environment, understands luxury lodge operations, and is committed to sustainability, community upliftment, and world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare personalised welcome and departure notes for guests
- Manage guest check-ins, dietaries, special requests, and children’s needs
- Implement and uphold BOPs consistently
- Host guests throughout the day and assist with any requests
- Ensure all guest-facing products meet luxury lodge standards
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner setups
- Maintain a beautifully styled and tidy main area
- Host mealtimes and ensure seamless service between kitchen and waitstaff
- Collaborate closely with waiters and HODs to maintain service excellence
- Support other departments when required
- Host and plan creative children’s activities
- Deliver superior guest service at all times
Requirements
- Knowledge of hospitality, environment, local communities, and &Beyond ethos
- Valid unendorsed SA drivers license essential
- Previous camp management, safari hosting, or children’s activity experience advantageous
Qualifications
- Valid unendorsed SA drivers license (required)
