About the Role
CodeConnect Staffing is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our on-site team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets and preparing cost estimates. If you are a professionally registered SA citizen with relevant experience in quantity surveying, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Compile Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
- Conduct site valuations and manage payment certifications
- Perform cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Support procurement processes and contract administration
- Assist with claims management and dispute resolution
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Professional registration with SACQSP
- Minimum 3 years experience in a consulting environment (essential)
- Proficiency in WinQS and DimX software
- Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQs, and procurement practices
- Project management and reporting capability
- South African citizen (non-negotiable)
