About the Role
The Group Financial Manager will be the right-hand person to the COO, responsible for effectively managing and overseeing the financial health of the group. This is a senior position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic financial insight, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial health of the group by ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insight to support executive decision-making.
- Take care of standard risk items, including insurance, and maintain the integrity of our IT systems.
- Act as a team player, connecting with Executive and Operational Management teams.
Requirements
- CA (SA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance + Articles at a registered Audit Firm
- At least 5 years post articles experience, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role
- Experience in Group structures, having worked with clients having 3 dealerships and 5 OEMs
- Valid Drivers Licence
