About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Assistant to Buyer to join our team at Flink Recruitment in Johannesburg. As a key member of our buyer’s support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with product selection, range planning, and assortment building, while also liaising with suppliers and maintaining accurate product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Buyer in product selection, range planning, and assortment building
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product queries
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning
- Support in analysing sales data and identifying trends
- Maintain accurate product and pricing information on internal systems
- Coordinate sample management and approvals
- Assist with pricing, margin tracking, and promotional planning
- Ensure timelines and critical paths are adhered to
