About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. We are looking for a talented, ideas-driven creative with a refined aesthetic and a passion for producing elegant, high-quality work across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong conceptual design solutions from brief to final execution
  • Create and refine brand identities across all platforms
  • Produce high-quality print and digital design work
  • Design content for social media, newsletters, brochures, and digital campaigns
  • Support visual storytelling for luxury travel and lifestyle portfolios
  • Assist with light video editing for social and digital use
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and senior leadership
  • Manage projects independently and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.A. / B.F.A.)
  • 7+ years of experience within reputable design studios
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding and conceptual thinking
  • Advanced typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with basic video editing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
