About the Role
Ellahi Consulting is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Regional Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing activities across a portfolio of passenger and commercial dealerships. The ideal candidate will have solid automotive marketing experience, understand the pace and demands of a dealership environment, and be confident enough to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans across a portfolio of passenger and commercial dealerships in line with business objectives.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, email, paid media, promotions, and in-dealership activity.
- Ensure all campaigns support key retail objectives including vehicle sales, lead generation, test drives, aftersales growth, and brand awareness.
- Work closely with dealership management, sales teams, and aftersales teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned to monthly targets and dealer priorities.
- Assist in rolling out OEM campaigns and dealer-specific initiatives in a way that is relevant to each dealership and market.
- Manage and track digital marketing performance across all relevant platforms, including paid social, search, website activity, lead generation campaigns, and promotional activity.
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, lead quality, and conversion.
- Track ROI and key marketing KPIs, ensuring campaigns are optimized and budgets are used effectively.
- Prepare regular reporting for management on campaign delivery, performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support aftersales departments with campaigns aimed at increasing service bookings, parts sales, retention, and customer engagement.
- Help drive aftersales carpark growth through targeted and relevant marketing initiatives.
- Plan and support dealership events, launches, activations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify local marketing opportunities to increase awareness and foot traffic within dealership areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive retail industry.
- Proven experience working with dealerships, dealership groups, or OEM-related marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of both passenger and commercial vehicle marketing.
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Dealer Marketing, or Regional Marketing role is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in digital campaign execution, retail marketing, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience dealing directly with OEMs, including campaign rollout, approvals, brand compliance, and relationship management.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
