About the Role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager (Manufacturing) to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create yearly budgets for investments and expenses
• Ensure financial goals are carried out
• Assess and carry out strategic initiatives aimed at addressing persistent and evolving business requirements for distributor and dealer markets
• Determine, assess, and carry out strategic initiatives aimed at addressing current and evolving business requirements
• Develop pricing methods and company trading terms (business model) that maximize group profitability while generating market volume and value growth
• Ensure product compliance with HZA market (NRCS)
• Create and oversee a comprehensive product plan
• Assist operations and after-sales to ensure extra parts are ordered to support the introduction of new products
• Create spec sheet documentation and product launch communications in collaboration with marketing
• Provide training materials on all new product releases for representatives and internal employees
