Key Responsibilities
- Complete required training and assignments under supervision
- Obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Liberty tools and systems
- Develop a book of business consistent with Liberty’s standards
- Provide high-level client service
- Manage the full scope of a client relationship by evaluating clients’ financial needs, investment opportunities, and insurance needs
- Develop client pipeline through prospecting, networking, and engaging in initiatives
- Recommend financial solutions based on client needs
- Seek expertise in internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients
- Maintain appropriate record-keeping and supervision files
- Stay abreast of products, industry rules and regulations, and financial planning
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Completed matric-related qualification in marketing, business, law, economics, investments, risk management etc
- Own Laptop
- At least 1 year sales experience (advantageous)
