About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein, South Africa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all operational activities for our FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services across the region. Your primary focus will be on driving consistent operational excellence, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards across synergised service operations to support our company’s growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements
- Diploma in business administration, Operations Management, or equivalent qualification
- 3 years of experience in operations within the FMCG sector

- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas
- Strong experience in the liquor industry
