About the Role
Multiform Human Development is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to represent our company as a brand ambassador, offering sales executive services to clients in Kempton Park (Gauteng). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and potential customers on a weekly basis to ensure consistent customer service.
- Develop new business relationships and negotiate group deals across all divisions.
- Effectively onboard new customers.
- Create and present business proposals for new and existing opportunities.
- Sustain growth within the sector of 40% to 50%.
- Serve as a link between key account customers and our sales teams to resolve problems and maintain trust.
- Liaise with Managers to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.
- Keep up-to-date with market changes and competitor activities, discussing with the National Sales Manager at monthly meetings.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- 2-year sales experience in providing solutions for customer needs
