About the Role
Our client is seeking a high-octane, “hunter-profile” External Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of their cutting-edge Security Technology portfolio. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and possesses a deep understanding of security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert cold prospects into long-term strategic partners
- Identify and penetrate new market segments, specifically targeting large-scale commercial, industrial, and retail enterprises
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and engineer bespoke solutions
- Proactively manage the full sales lifecycle
- Stay ahead of industry trends and navigate complex corporate buying journey
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful external B2B sales experience
- At least 2 years specifically within Security Technology (CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Security, or Cybersecurity)
- Solid understanding of the technical specifications and integration capabilities of modern electronic security hardware and software
- Ability to communicate in high-level business English
Qualifications
- Certifications in Security Systems or Sales Methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Miller Heiman) are an advantage
- Existing portfolio of corporate contacts or a demonstrated ability to build a high-value network
Salary & Benefits
R25 28 000.00 per annum, plus commission
